Depending on your location, you may be presented with a cookie banner or preference tool that lets you accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies (such as analytics and advertising cookies).

You can also control cookies through your browser settings and may be able to use industry opt-out tools:

  • Google Ads controls and opt-out options

  • Legitimate interests (such as improving our Site, marketing our services, and securing our systems, balanced against your rights)
  • Legal obligation (to comply with applicable laws)

For transparency obligations, privacy notice content is guided by GDPR Articles 13 and 14.

6) How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to:

Service providers and vendors
Companies that help us operate the Site and business (hosting, analytics, CRM tools, scheduling, communications, security, and measurement). They are permitted to process personal information only to provide services to us.

Advertising and analytics partners
For measurement, attribution, audience building, and ad delivery (such as Meta and Google products), subject to your choices and applicable law.

Legal and compliance disclosures
If required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, information may be disclosed as part of that transaction.

7) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

  • The time needed to respond to your request or provide services
  • Maintaining business records, security logs, and backups
  • Compliance with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements

When retention is no longer necessary, we delete, anonymize, or securely archive the information.

8) Data security

9) International transfers

If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (for example, standard contractual clauses or other lawful mechanisms).

CalOPPA requires that our Privacy Policy be conspicuously posted and include certain disclosures, including how we respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
